Veronica Paulus
Former STAT Intern
Veronica Paulus is a former STAT intern supported by the Harvard University Institute of Politics. She is a sophomore at Harvard College, double majoring in economics and classics. Veronica was one of the first reporters to break the news about allegations regarding research misconduct by top scientists at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Her reporting work at the university publication, Harvard Crimson, and the economics research she did last summer at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health sparked her interest in health care. After Harvard, she is considering going to graduate school to study law. When she's not in the newsroom, Veronica, who grew up in Hong Kong and New York, loves running, reading memoirs, and exploring museums.
