Former Humana CEO on AI in health care
Bruce Broussard was the CEO of health insurer Humana for over a decade, stepping down in 2024. All told, he’s spent over 30 years as a health care executive, largely in the CEO and CFO chairs. But instead of riding off into the sunset of retirement — as I told him I would have done — he’s assembled a custom buffet plate of experiences that complement and benefit from his previous experience leading public health care companies.
