Debbie Hanley is STAT’s director of brand partnerships, bringing more than 20 years of experience in advertising sales, content strategy, and event sponsorships to the role. Before joining STAT, she spent nearly a decade as executive director of brand partnerships at MIT Technology Review, where she partnered with Fortune 500 clients in technology, bioscience, and AI to build thought leadership programs, high-impact campaigns, and custom global event activations. She also held senior roles at Manta, Inc., and Fast Company, serving as a strategic leader in developing innovative programs that engaged C-suite decision-makers and delivered measurable success for clients. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys traveling, the beach, yoga, and live music, and is an aspiring screenwriter. She especially values family time and cheering on her son, whether he is singing on stage or reporting the news in Chattanooga, Tenn.
